Description
The paper discusses how using information technology can help to promote the growth of knowledge and can actively contribute to human development, social cohesion and economic growth. It states that, all over the world, access to information and its use are essential for progress and development. This project, carried out by the Bank Al-Maghrib, is part of this context and its aim is to adopt an information management approach that will enable the exploitation of information and its processing. A preliminary step has allowed the analysis and critique of the existing system and the formulation and specification of needs, which were then validated by the service of communication, the project's main author. A benchmark of open source CMSs was conducted to determine the most appropriate solution. The development phase will involve adapting this solution to the requirements defined in advance.
Lusage des Technologies de lInformation est un facteur essentiel pour l*mergence de la soci*t* du savoir et peut activement contribuer au d*veloppement humain, * lam*lioration de la coh*sion sociale et * la croissance de l*conomie nationale. En effet, partout * travers le monde, lacc*s * linformation et son usage r*el et appropri* conditionnent le progr*s et le d*veloppement. Ce projet, r*alis* au sein de lorganisme Bank Al-Maghrib, sinscrit dans ce cadre et a pour objectif dadopter lapproche de d*mat*rialisation au service de communication et ainsi de mettre en uvre une application web adapt*e, permettant la valorisation de linformation et son traitement. Une *tape pr*liminaire a permis danalyser et critiquer lexistant et a d*bouch* * la formulation et sp*cification des besoins, valid*es ensuite par le service de communication, le ma*tre douvrage de ce projet. Un benchmark des CMS open source a permis de d*finir la solution qui semble *tre la plus ad*quate. Quant * la r*alisation, elle consiste * adapter cette solution aux exigences d*finies en amont. Ce rapport va donc retracer et d*tailler toutes les *tapes du cycle de d*veloppement de ce projet.
