ADVICE: - Do not touch the copper contact (chip). If the cartridges can not be recognized by your printer, we recommend try to take the ink out and use tissue with rubbing alcohol to clean the chips softly. - If your printer screen shows 'Non-HP' alert messages, choose 'Yes', 'Continue' and/or 'OK' to bypass the alerts, this will enable normal print operations. - Cleaning the printhead for twice can get a better output if prints come with color fading, streak or broken lines - It would be better to keep the printer opening if frequent use, as most printers, will start printhead cleaning automatically when reset, which will waste the ink. - If the printer isn't used frequently, you can turn it off. Just need to switch on the power weekly, which will protect the printer heads from clogging. - Please do not update the printer version often to avoid the ink cartridges are not able to be recognized.
