Description
The customer has a Roku streaming stick and a Roku remote, and they are trying to use the Roku remote to control their Netflix, Hulu, and Vue streaming services. The customer has to unplug the Roku streaming stick, reboot it, install 2 AAA batteries in the remote, hold the remote near the Roku unit, and wait a minute for the Roku screen to show a remote connecting screen. After that, they have to follow the on-screen Roku guide to program the remote "Power button" and "volume buttons" to the TV.
Pairing instructions: - Unplug and reboot Roku streaming stick, then allow it to boot up to the home screen - Install 2 AAA batteries in the remote. - The green light will begin to flash inside battery cover area of remote Tip - this means it is in pairing mode - Hold remote near Roku unit and within a minute the Roku screen will show a remote connecting screen. - When this finishes, the screen should say remote paired success.
