This is a product advertisement for no-name remanufactured ink cartridges for HP 123 XL and HP 123 printers. The cartridges are non-OEM and have a value-savings for the customer. The cartridges come with a black and a tri-color cartridge. The printer needs to print 1-2 pages per week in order to maintain print quality. If the ink in the cartridge is dye ink, the customer cannot change the dye ink to pigment ink.

Answer: ? please take off print heads, use eraser to clean the chips softly and tissue paper to clean the metal touch pot softly(can't finger touch), and then re-install the print head; Or ?You can use a knife to tear off the remanufactured print head chip, and then use the double-side tape to paste the original chip
3. My printer hasn't printed for a long time, now the printer report shows that the print head has a problem, how do we do?
Answer: Your printer at least needs to print 1~2 pages twice a week.
4. If the ink in the cartridge is dye ink, can I change the dye ink to pigment ink?
Answer: No, can't .
