To get the best 3D effect, the user should get a good 3D effect video/game. The user should also put the cellphone in the middle of the panel to avoid blurred image or eyes tiredness. The user should also adjust the wear band to find a best comfortable place to fix, so that the VR will keep the VR on place well. After adjusting the pupil/focus distance, the user should fine a clear watching image. The user should then slightly adjust the place to keep the VR on the face. Finally, the user should allow some time for it to get used to it. If the user is using the product for scientific purposes, they should not enjoy the VR for more than 3 hours at a time.
