Suggested use Dribble a small amount of saliva or urine onto the pH test strip until both of the colored
measuring patches on the strip are completely wet and then wait 15 seconds. Now compare
the colors of the measuring patches on your pH test strip to the colors on the pH chart on
the box, in order to determine the pH of your body. If you choose to measure your pH value
using saliva, wait at least 2 hours after meals and rinse your mouth in advance.
Quantity and dosage It is recommended to measure your pH once a week. One box of pH test strips contains 100
strips, so can last almost 2 years, depending on how frequently you use them.
