The shoulder strap features padding and the ability to adjust the length as well as premium hardware for both the carabineer and the clasp.
Briefcase: When in briefcase form, keep the backpack straps neatly tucked away and with the shoulder strap removed. The bag features two top handles so you can choose whether you would like to carry the bag vertically or horizontally. Both top handles are cushioned, padded, and breathable.
