1. My printer reports "The following print head has a problem" or any error message, how do we process the next step?
Tuobo Answer: Just skip the message, and press "OK" or "Continue" and go on printing.
2. My printer did not recognize the print head, how do we do?
Tuobo Answer: ? please take off print heads, use eraser to clean the chips softly and tissue paper to clean the metal touch pot softly(can't finger touch), and then re-install the print head;
Or ?You can use a knife to tear off the remanufactured print head chip, and then use the double-side tape to paste the original chip.
3. My printer hasn't printed for a long time, now the printer report shows that the print head has a problem, how do we do?
Tuobo Answer: Your printer at least needs to print 1~2 pages twice a week.
4. If the ink in the cartridge is dye ink, can I change the dye ink to pigment ink?
Tuobo Answer: No, can't.
