The Carbothello Pastel Pencil is a charcoal-like pencil that is available in 60 shades, has a brilliant stroke, is dry mixed and blended, and can be used as a water color. It has high pigmentation and is color-fast and brilliant. The soft lead also draws perfectly on delicate paper. The wooden shaft protects the lead from breaking.
