This is a description of a watercolor paper by Bockingford. The paper is 300 gsm, 22x30 inches, and has a tinted oatmeal finish. The paper is acid free, lightfast, and rotary trimmed on all four edges. The paper is full imperial sheets which are 30x22 inches. The paper is made in the United States and is woodfree.
Because watercolour paint is transparent the colour of the paper is
a very important part of the painting. The colour of the ground
will affect everything on top of it, both the painted and unpainted
areas, even different shades of white. The artist can substantially
alter the mood and atmosphere of the painting by using a coloured
paper. These Bockingford tinted papers are worth
