It also has a detachable antenna, clear loud audio, durable ultra thin casing, and lightweight desktop cradle charger. The radio has a long battery life and low battery alert. It also has a channel announcement and manually set VOX and SCAN using buttons. The radio can be programmed using a PC (optional).
