This coffee is a medium roast whole bean coffee that is made with chocolate and caramel notes. It is ideal for espresso and has an optimal extraction time of 20 to 30 seconds.
Named for the way espresso "twists" as it streams from the spout of a portafilter, our Twisted Espresso blend is crafted to marry the chocolate and caramel notes of a classic espresso roast with the bright fruit notes of newer wave espressos. For espresso: The Twisted is ideally pulled between 195 and 200. Probably 18 to 22 grams depending on who's tamping.
