Description
Bialetti Moka pots are our most popular coffee makers, and that's not in the least bit surprising, given that they're the most popular coffee maker globally! They've been around since the 1930s, and still offer an elegant, simple way to make a concentrated, espresso-like cup of coffee at home.
Of course, Bialetti has expanded its range significantly since the release of the original Moka Express. Many new buyers of a Bialetti Moka pot have a tough decision on their hands. Do they go for the aluminium classic, or perhaps something more modern like the equally popular Bialetti Venus in stainless steel?
Bialetti has recently simplified that decision with the release of the Bialetti Moka Induction; you can think of it as the best of both worlds. The top of the Moka Induction has the same classic, aluminium, octagonal shape of the original Moka Express. However, the bottom is made of stainless steel like on the Venus. That doesn't only offer advantages in terms of wear and tear, it also makes it compatible with any stovetop including induction!
