FAQ
1. Why does the charger get hot when charging?
It is the normal phenomenon for wireless charging. All of the coils will generate the heat while the current passes.
Please don't worry, our multi-function system will prevent it from over-temperature.
2. Why does it cannot charge my phone when placing it on the charging pad?
A. Please confirm the phone supports Qi technology
B. Please make sure the adapter is up to 5V/1A like 5V/2A. The iPhone original adapter is not suitable to use
C. Make sure the case is thinner than 4mm and without any metal objects on it
D. Make sure it is placed in the center of the pad
