HOW TO USE
Using the oil in massage therapy is a great way to maximise aloe oil's healing benefits. Apply directly or 'Make Your Own' massage oil with this recipe:
Mix on a 1 : 1 ratio with a carrier oil such as coconut, apricot, almond oil
Add 2 - 3 drops of your favourite essential oil and mix well
Warm over a low heat for about 10 minutes and allow to cool
Slather on and massage in (use right after your shower or bath, when your skin will better absorb the oil)
