Description
This is a description of a storefront door mortise lock deadbolt and cylinder combo in a dark bronze color with a 1-1/8" backset. It is designed for maximum security and can be used on aluminum or steel framed entry doors. The lock has a five-ply laminated steel bolt with a concealed hardened steel pin. The specifications include a backset of 31/32" or 1-1/8", a face plate width of 1" and length of 6-7/8", and a case width of 7/8" and length of 6". The deadbolt has a width of 5/8" and a throw of 1-3/8". The set includes cylinder set screws, trim, and mounting screws. If the lock cylinder is not threading in, it is recommended to try loosening the lock body mounting screws.
