Description
The Extech TG20 wire tracer and tone generator is a device that can identify wire pairs, check continuity, and test telephone line polarity. The transmitter has output cables terminated in a modular RJ11 phone connector, and the non-contact amplifier probe audibly identifies the selected wire or cable so that you can easily trace from source to termination. The adjustable sensitivity control improves wire identification and eliminates false detection. The wire tracer kit comes complete with the wire tracer probe and transmitter, a pair of alligator clips, and two 9V batteries.
