Description
This is a description of a 5-pack of solder tips for soldering stations. The tips are made of a non-oxidizing material and are easy to install and use. They are a replacement tip for standard soldering irons and are recommended for use at a temperature lower than 800 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, the tips should be regularly cleaned with a sulfur-free sponge and a core of solder should be added to the tip for use.
It has advantage of long life lasting and not easily oxidate, easy to install and use. A great replacement tip for your standard soldering iron.
Notice:To maintain the performance of a soldering iron tip, a simple maintenance procedure is recommended:
1.Operate at the lowest possible temperature (800F (427C) or lower. Operating at which is one of the major causes of detinning.
2.For tip wiping: use only (sulfur-free) pure cellulose sponges; wet to the touch.
3.Add rosin core solder of adequate diameter to the working end of the tip regularly.
