Description
Skydent By Dentalkart is a high-speed dental X-ray film that is similar to Kodak. It is a double-emulsion film with high speed, contrast, and fine grain, making it ideal for intraoral X-ray diagnostics. The film base is a 0.175 mm thick polyester with a protective and antistatic layer to prevent damage. It also has a 30-50% lower X-ray dose compared to D-speed film, in line with the worldwide trend of patient radiation protection. The film comes in an extra soft plastic envelope that is disinfectable, waterproof, and light-tight. It has a sheet of lead foil on the back side and an embossed dot for easy recognition of the front side. The film can be processed manually or in a processor using liquid chemicals. It is not recommended to use tablet or powder chemicals. Each pack contains 150 films.
