Besides, it can also be used to cut vegetables into thin slices. The spiral slicer is made of safe food grade ABS plastic and stainless steel. The dimension fits your hands well, it is perfect for easy gripping and spiraling. It is a great tools for making low-carb meals or garnishes.

Usage:
1. Button "2" for thickest noodles cut from vegetables, "1" for medium thick cut, "1&2"(press "1" and "2" at the same time) for finest cut. "Reset" for thin slices cut from vegetables.
2. Processing your vegetable! Spiralizing works better when the vegetable is straight and at least 1 1/2 inch in diamater. If the vegetable is longer than 6 inch, cut it in half. If it isn't naturally straight, cut it into straight sections.
3. Place the flat end against the center of the blade, and apply pressure while twisting clockwise.
4. When you are going to reach the end of the vegetable, use the food holder for safety to keep your fingers away from the blades.
