This is a Brand New Polarizer. Excellent Optics Quality. Made in Japan. Polarizing filters are perfect for landscape photography. A warm tone version was used which has made the picture look more like a summer's day. A polarizing filter used on water and windows kills reflections allowing you to see below the water surface and behind the windows. Sunlight has caused glare on the varnished wooden sign which can be reduced when a polarizing filter is used.
