The paint is Heritage Multimedia Acrylic and it is a water-based, non-toxic resin acrylic paint. The paint is available in a 2.5 oz. tube and in 8 oz. jars. The paint is also available in a 4 oz. jar. The paint is available in a variety of colors, including Napthol Red Light, which is a strong bright red that leans towards the red orange part of the color spectrum. The paint is also available in a 1:1 mixture with Carbon Black, which can be used to create a Base Brown. The paint is also available in a 1:1 mixture with Naphthol Red (PR170), which can be used to create a wonderful all-purpose red. The paint is also available in a mixture with Red Violet, which can be used to create vivid crimsons. The paint is available in a Heritage MultiSurface Sealer and Varnish, which contains UV inhibitors to further protect surfaces. The paint is also available in a Global techniques (oil emulation) version, which can be used with an Extender Medium. A Paint It Simply Core ColorNapthol Red Light is a strong bright red that leans to the red orange part of the color spectrum. A very warm color, perfect for mixing oranges. Mix 2:1 with Carbon Black to make Base Brown. Mix 1:1 with Naphthol Red (PR170) for a wonderful all-purpose red. Mix with Red Violet to make vivid crimsons.
Heritage Acrylic Paints and MediumsHeritage MultiMedia Acrylic products are a water based non toxic resin acrylic. The binding system contains a 360 coating agent that protects the pigment and improves the overall lightfastness of the color. Dry as needed with a hair dryer and clean up with soap and water.
Heritage MultiSurface Sealer and Varnishes contain UV inhibitors to further protect surfaces. For Global techniques (oil emulation), use with Extender Medium. Paints drying time and working properties can be adjusted with mediums. Paints are available in 2 1/2 oz. clear tubes with some colors available in economical 8 ounce wide mouth jars. Mediums, sealers, and primers are also available in 4 oz., 8 oz. and 16 oz. sizes.
