For the perfect soft boiled egg place an egg in boiling water for 5 minutes and 30 seconds then set it in this egg cup, whack the top of it off with a butter knife, add salt and pepper and enjoy! Egg cup has an attached saucer (approx. 6" wide) that provides a place for your toast soldiers and spoon. Each of these egg cups are hand thrown so there will be some variation in size and shape. Each cup comes with its own stainless steel egg spoon which is smaller than a regular teaspoon and fits nicely in the egg. Egg cup is glazed in Peacock Blue and is dishwasher safe.
