Q:whether it is exactly same original AV adapter
A: it is not original,need power support
Q:Whether can support iPhone8/ipad/ipod touch and new IOS
A:Support iPhone/ipad/ipod touch ,support IOS11.2 or later by OTA technology
Q:when connect can not work or some time stop and not stable
A:This adapter need power support at least 5V 1A for the USB charger and cable.
so,please make sure your charger and cable is support 5V 1A. it is better to use original charger and lightning cable.
Q: may the battery indicate it's 100% and time is not correct from your iProducts.
A: This is a technical issue, However, we have solved it perfectly. Other suppliers still can't do it,
when you make mirror ,the battery will show 100%
and time is same as your iproducts device. So, pls do not worry.
Q:Whether can support all player
A:We tested already, can support facebook,
youtube, most of APP player,but can not support amazon and Netflix.
