The Dimarzio DP111 SDS-1 Guitar Pickup Black is a pickup that is similar to a Strat pickup, but has more balls, gain, and warmth. It is recommended for use in the bridge position, and is designed to not pull as hard as regular rod magnets, which allows it to be closer to the strings for stronger output. The highs are less exaggerated and the bottom is deeper than most single-coil pickups, for a rounder, darker tone. Additionally, a pair of Class of 55" pickups can be added for sparkle or a Class of 55" pickup in the neck and an FS-1" pickup in the middle for even tone choices.
