This is a Bandai Tamashii Nations RK-02 Scepter "full metal panic another" Robot Spirits action figure. It is a variant rival machine of the main character's love machine, the Rk-02 Sector. It is based on the popular Full Metal Panic! Another series, and features a number of features specific to that series, such as the Kaduka weapons system on the forearm, and two Crimson edges attached to it. It also has a number of common joints, allowing it to be equipped with various arms.
