This is a light up boot figurine. It has blinking lights that cycle through different colors. It is meant to be used in a room, and can be switched to 'on' position to turn the lights on. The lights may not be adjusted, but the figurine is meant to be stationary.
Light up a room with this whimsical boot figurine. Blinking lights of bright red, green, blue, and purple repeatedly cycle through at a slow then a fast speed. To use, switch to 'on' position and remove plastic insert which opens or locks the lighting mechanism. Light cycles are automatic and may not be adjusted.
