The X1 Voice Remote from XFINITY is a remote control that allows XFINITY X1 customers to find what they want faster by using voice commands to change channels, search for shows, get recommendations and more. The remote has a backlit keypad and an "Aim Anywhere" feature that allows customers to use the remote without having to aim it at the TV. The remote also has automatic pairing and easy access to accessibility features like Closed Captioning, video description and voice guidance. The X1 Voice Remote can also be programmed to control the power on an audio device. The X1 TV Box is designed to remain on at all times and will not turn off when this button is pushed. The status LED on the X1 Voice Remote indicates different status conditions.

Turns on/off both the TV and TV Box. Certain versions of the X1 Voice Remote can also be programmed to control the power on an audio device. VOL: When the X1 Voice Remote is programmed with a valid TV or AV receiver code, the VOL+ and VOL- buttons increase or decrease the volume. CH: Use CH+ or CH- to select the next channel.
