Description
This is a 12" fry/saute pan with a non-stick coating. The pan is made of thick gauge aluminum and has a durable double coating system that is cadmium and lead free. The bottom is specially designed for induction stove tops. The handle stays cool while cooking and is attached to the pan with 2 rivets. The pan is compatible with metal utensils, but should not be used with them if they are going to scratch the non-stick coating. Over-heating the pan may damage the non-stick coating.
