It is also designed to shift the color temperature of the light by a small amount, which can help to reduce the appearance of color casts.
A virtually clear filter that absorbs 90% of UV wavelenghts below 390nm. Absorbs excess UV output of arcs and HMI with minimal color temperature shift. Deep-dyed base. (Mired shift = +8, Trans.= 93%, -0.1s).A traditional range of filters is also available for Carbon Arc and HMI correction.
