The company is offering repair clips for the front right passenger side, which can fix problems such as slow or stuck windows. These clips are not typically offered by OEM and instead, customers are forced to purchase a complete regulator at a high cost. Signs of a broken clip include slow window movement, a tilted window, and the need for manual assistance to raise the window. If the second clip breaks, the window may become stuck in the down position or the window motor may burn out.
For those suffering from slow or stuck (or down) windows: now the clip itself is available for your car. OEM do NOT offer the clips for most models; instead, you have to buy the complete regulator at high cost. The 'symptoms' of broken clip: - window moving slowly- slight tilt of the window on one side when going up- need help by hand to go up- window moving up slowly and reversing/going down. Those are signs of a broken clip. Chances are the 2nd clip breaks (at which point the window stays down), or the window motor burns out.
