This is a product that is designed to help eliminate "ground loop interference" with CCTV signals. It is a passive device that does not require power, and is easy to install. It features built-in TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressors) for surge protection, and is useful where a video signal is transmitted via cable between points with different ground potentials.
