Description
This is a dry potato dextrose agar mix. It is used to expand and isolate mushroom mycelium. It comes in a container with 114 grams (1/4 lbs) per container and 20 grams per 500 ml of water to fill (20). It needs to be heated water to a simmer and then stirred slowly until fully dissolved. It can then be sterilized at 10 psi for 30 minutes and poured into 100 X 15 petri dishes.
