The Simcity: Cities Of Tomorrow Instant Access allows players to build their own utopian or dystopian city, with the ability to build into the sky and manage research and education to help improve the city. Cities will also be able to experience disasters such as giant robot attacks. The game requires a base game to be installed in order to play.
