The Arkon Friction Dash Car Mount Holder for Samsung Galaxy S6 S5 Galaxy Note 5 4 Galaxy Note 8 Galaxy Tab 3 And Tab Active is a car mount that is designed to hold smartphones and midsize tablets. The holder includes a weighted friction dashboard mount with a spring-loaded universal holder, and the Travelmount deluxe mini suction car mount with one-touch lever. The smartphone or tablet is held securely in place with the spring-loaded holder, but can be inserted or removed from the mount with one hand. The top and bottom adjustable-leg design of the holder helps keep any side buttons and ports unobstructed. The included 8 support legs (4 short and 4 longer versions) work with the spring-loaded holder to extend as large as 7.5 (using all four long legs) or as compact as 4 (using all four short legs) to fit various size devices.

The recommended configuration for most smartphones and midsize tablets is to have 2 short legs on the top of the holder and 2 of the longer legs on the bottom of the holder. The 2-pound friction (aka bean bag) design features an anti-skid bottom surface, and keeps the mount secured to any deep, slightly slanted, or flat dashboard. The arm of the suction mount adjusts vertically and provides 360 rotation, giving you flexibility in viewing the device from any angle. The adhesive safety anchor is optional, but when hooked to the mount, provides an added level of stability. The Travelmount suction car mount with holder can also be used as a windshield mount.
