Grading Scale Grade A Product is ?like new?. It may be in a 3rd party packing but there NO scratches, marks, fingerprints etc. on the surface of the screen. Grade B Product has been used or handled in some way. There may be faint, very light scratches or marks on the surface of the screen. When the LCD is turned on the backlight had full brightness and there are no lines or bruises visible at all. Grade C Product has been used or handled in some way. Scratches may be deeper and more visible than grade B. Product is not packed in a way that will protect the surface of the LCD. LCD may not have full brightness but still can be used. LCD may have a slight bruise or less than 2 lines when lit. The screen may have up to 10 dead/dark pixels or bright spots. No two ?bad? pixels may be within 3cm of each other.
