The Philmore ground loop isolator is a low-level filter designed to isolate the ground between an amplifier and a radio. It eliminates the ground path which can cause alternator whine and ignition pop, and eliminates the noise in the audio line without sacrificing audio fidelity. It is equipped with two male RCA plugs and two female RCA jacks for interconnection with cable adapter / components. The all metal case will give additional shielding and create better isolation between the head unit and amplifier.
