How it works:

  1. Put foil at the bottom of the smoker, underneath the grid

  2. Put your wood shavings on top of the foil

  3. Place your fish, chicken or whatever you want to smoke on the grid

  4. Close the smoker

  5. Pull out the little lever on the side, wet the cotton wool with spirits, set it alight and move it back in underneath the smoker

  6. The flame will then get the wood shavings to smoke

  7. Smoke until the fire has burned out

  8. Be careful when you open the smoker as it will be hot, rather wait for it to cool down before removing the contents
