This is a custom-made T-minus ring for Sony E-mount cameras, which is shorter than the standard T-ring and is useful for reflector owners who often don't have enough focus range to reach focus with a camera. It is also useful for using a flip mirror or other accessory on a refractor.

Our custom made "T-Minus" rings get their name from the fact that they are shorter than the "T2" standard. Normal T-Rings for Sony E-Mount cameras are typically 37mm deep tubes. Our "T-Minus" rings are only 10mm deep. This is very useful for reflector owners who often don't have quite enough focus range to reach focus with a camera. They are also useful anytime you can use some extra focus room, such as for using a flip mirror or other accessory on a refractor. This item is also a WIDE Ring and has 48mm (.75 pitch) threads. It WILL NOT work as a regular (42mm) T-Ring, it REQUIRES a 48mm Connection. These quality rings are CNC machined of aluminum with a durable black anodized finish.
