All i can say is prepare to wait with super bad service. Bought a 65" Sumsung TV it has been 2 weeks still no delivery when i call in they dont phone back to inform where the order is. My order is taking so long i could have ordered it from over seas and still would have received it faster. Worst Online Store ever rather use trusted companies like Takealot where you know you will receive your orders on time.

We did advise a delay on the delivery period of your television. We understand that the waiting period was to long. Your order with us, was placed on the 16th of January 2018, it is correct in you saying that you waited two weeks, we do advertise a 4-7 working day period for delivery. The television would have been delivered to you on Friday the 1st of February 2018,3 days outside the stipulated period. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you, we have also done a full refund for you. We will use your valued feedback to better our service to our current and future customers. I am truly impressed with this merchant. They went out of their way to ensure that I got the product I ordered after phoning to tell me the particular colour I ordered was out of stock. Amazed! Will definitely buy from them again!
