Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return an unused item within 7 days for a refund, which will be subject to an inspection and validation of the return. The item must be returned in its original packaging and include all accessories and parts.

Returns Shipping Costs:
  • If you have changed your mind, the item is the wrong size/colour you will be charged to return it.
  • If the item is not as pictured/described, or the incorrect item has been shipped we will arrange to collect it from you at no charge
Damaged/Defective Items

If the item is damaged or defective, or the incorrect item was sent to you in error, please log a return request within 15 days of delivery. We will arrange to collect the item from you at no charge.

Horrible Service

I have purchased RAM for my laptop over 3 weeks ago and to this day I am having such a problem getting a hold this company to find out about when I am going to get it. I have tried to get in touch numerous times, my emails don't get responded to and the number doesn't work (and has since been removed from the website). I spent a lot of money on this item and it is ridiculous that no one is bothered to get in touch with me and give me any information about my order!!

Stil not receive Watch or my money

I have complained and emailed and emailed and called , cancel my order the 24 march, had a problem with there emails and still no money or Watch Very bad customer support/service!!!! Will never ever buy from you!!!!

No complaints -happy with service

Had great service first time we used you (my wife needed an Asus battery) it was delivered promptly and it is working well. We tried Computer Mania previously for my Daughter's laptop (also Asus) but had to return product as it never worked. Tried Dell for my Precision M6500 as a matter of interest, but they no longer provide for that model and suggested I upgrade & buy a new computer from them. I trust that all will be good once I receive the battery from yourselves.

Good Battery Price

I have an old Dell Inspiron laptop and I was looking for a new battery and a power cord for it and all the sites I went on, the batteries were expensive. No Goods Delivered

I called before ordering everything seemed fine, once the order was placed and payment was made they have been extremely difficult to contact. They do not respond to Emails, or phone calls. its almost 2 weeks and i have not heard anything back from them regarding my purchase. I would not advise anyone to use this store.

Dissapointing Service

Superstore.world confirmed they had stock of the phone I wanted to order and committed to delivery within 2 to 3 days. I have now been waiting for more than two weeks and Superstore.world have been very difficult to track and evasive on when they plan to deliver if at all. Great experience overall

The only thing to improve would be to add shipping & tracking details. I know my order was shipped by road freight so maybe that's why the details weren't available... but it did arrive quicker than I expected so I am very happy overall.

I love this store.

I bought few things online only to see the reviews online which really worried me. I am not sure how people can be so negative about this store. Everything I bought was great and the gaming computer that they built for me is fantastic. I returned one out of the 5 items I bought. I had no problem at all, they emailed me to say they had received it and my money was credited to my account after few days. I normally buy from takealot but I have to say I will be buying a lot from here.

Did not receive Watch in time

I have ordered a Apple Watch on Friday 24 March and on the next Monday I have asked when is it going to be shipped and they have said the next day at 12h then Wednesday they had a new story then I canceled and today 7 April I am still waiting????!!!! I will never ever buy something for them

Amazing service from this new online store

The guys at this store are amazing. Unfortunately, they did not have stock of the item I purchased and I was very upset because the item was a birthday gift for my son who is a gaming fanatic. The guys found an alternate item that was an upgrade to the original item plus gave me a shopping voucher for my next purchase. Great Service! They went the extra mile

I ordered a replacement battery for my Samsung Galaxy Note - the item was ordered the day before I left on vacation and this company sent someone to deliver the item at the check in counter at the airport just before I had to go through security. They understood that I really needed this item and went the extra mile to get it to me even though normal delivery would take between 2-3 days. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again. 5 STAR SERVICE! WELL DONE GUYS!

Wrong item delivered

I ordered a 5TB external harddrive. Delivery guy came with a phone charger cable. Tried calling Fareed...no answer. Sent multiple emails...no response! Very very bad customer service. Will be lodging a case of theft with police if no response is received within the next day or two!
