TERRIBLE SERVICE

Product ordered on 15 December 2016. Confirmation of payment and processing order same day. 'Been waiting EVER SINCE for product to arrive. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son!!!! Today is the 5th of January. NO PRODUCT RECEIVED. IT IS 21 DAYS LATER!!! Repeat email received x3 "payment received and order processed" REALLY?????
