Over the Moon!

Good afternoon, I know that most customers don't post their positive feedback, but I feel that TV and Appliances Direct deserves the recognition! I ordered my Samsung QLED 55" TV and my Samsung 510L fridge early on during the week, and they arrived promptly yesterday. My help agent was more than happy to assist me on Friday evening far past the close of business, and helped me to choose my perfect fridge. Thank you guys! I was expecting my products to arrive next week at best! You're all great!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.... Ordered a washing machine through TV & Appliances Direct 2 weeks 3 days ago and still haven't received my order. they never pick up their land line and their online chat service is of no help. They made no effort what so ever to keep us updated on what the delay is and where my machine is. They still have all my money paid for the machine and I still have no machine. I strongly advice anyone that wants to buy anything through them to steer clear

Second time back and doubly impressed

I ordered a TV a couple of weeks ago and was so impressed by their service I decided to come back. My mother is really frail so I decided to get her a Dishwasher to help with the work load as she still refuses to get help. These guys delivered on time and had her set up in no time. Previously commented the goods will be delivered in the time frame as per statement, only half order met the criteria as responded, once again with no feedback to customer on part order and reason?

TV and Appliances Direct: Hi there - we received notification of the delivery error at 4.45 yesterday. We are urgently getting the error corrected with our partner Hisense and this matter will be resolved as soon as possible
Shocking service

Absolutely shocking service I have been waiting for a refund for an oven I bought and paid for in November 2016. I have been dealing directly with the CEO of the Company who has on at least 4 occasions promised a refund yet to date nothing. And the very oven that they had "no stock" of is still advertised.

poor service indicates in stock not delivering with excuses??

Items ordered on site shows in stock now told delivery only a week later? no feedback 2 mails sent to request delivery dates took 2 days to phone?
