This is a scam and they should not be allowed to use Price Check to defraud more shoppers. It is a disgrace ... no delivery, they do not answer emails or their telephone.

You will not get your stuff. They will not answer tel/whatsapp/ email, and if per-chance you get contact on their online chat,(Gary/Vanessa /Ali(Alison)/Brendan/Adam) they will sweet talk you, and then do nothing.If you think you are lucky to get correspondence from their "CEO" Adam..., think again, DON'T FALL FOR IT!! Well, for some 'lucky' reason i actually got a response to my review regarding non-delivery of order 1399 on this website from the guys. But as you can imagine nothing happened afterwards, and from all the other reviews, it's quite clear that TV and Appliances Direct is just a scam. Guess they occasionally respond on the site to make sure that the scam continues. Wonder how many will fall for the scam before pricecheck takes them of their 'trusted shop' list.....

HUGE SCAM

Do not order from this shop!!!! I ordered a Smeg Kettle and have not received it, their contact details do not work and the only means of communication is the "live chat" on their website. Brendan, Ali and Steven on this "live chat" promised to contact me regarding my order and I have still not heard anything. I have sent them emails and messages via Facebook and have still not been able to reach them. They do not even respond on the "live chat" anymore! This is extremely concerning!

Follow Up

Can u reply to my enquiry for order #TVANDO-1434. I ordered online on the 23 November. There is no correspondence whatsoever, I sent a dm on Facebook yesterday the reply was u will get back to me yesterday but that didn't happen, the phone keeps ringing or hangs up, there is no reply on the website chat. This has been my worst online shopping experience.

Ordered on 6 November (order no 1399) a smeg toaster and till to date, no delivery. No reply to email, phone hang-ups and received once a response on online chat that they will follow up, of course nothing happened subsequently. How they got a "trusted company' status remains a mystery! An expensive lesson learnt, only use reputable companies...stay away from this one!

Ordered a fridge on the 8th of November 2017, paid on the 9th of November 2017 and haven't heard from them since(three weeks later). I have tried to call them on land line no one answers, I have tried to whatsapp no response and I have E-mailed on numerous occasions with no reply so it seem I may not get my fridge?

Simply the best

I honestly had the best service from an employee named Brendan. He was so polite and helpful and understanding. We chose the nicest christmas presents for my family, and he told me the time expected delivery time, and it actually came a few days before. Really happy i chose this company! :)

Shopping at this store? NEVER AGAIN!!!

Just unbelievable business attitude - be carefull! After having send my money 2 months ago I have never received the product ordered from the company. Got my money back only after involving the legal department of my creditcard firm. I cannot recommend this company at all. TV&Appl? NEVER AGAIN!

Bad service

I would not recommend them to anyone, actually the star rating I gave was to high, there should be minus stars. I ordered on the 9 October and till today 27 October have not received my machines. Have had email confirmation of delivery on the 26 October but still nothing. I did the only shopping for convenience and to save time. I am now spending more time chasing them than I would have if I had gone to a shop and buy direct and collected the machines myself.

Fraudsters

Beware Items claimed to be in stock were not actually in stock. Eventually one of two items delivered. Second item not delivered and promised refund still not received. Do not respond to phone or mail. It seems a criminal case is the only option!

The Company Stole My Money

This company should not have a 'trusted shop' next to its name. They stole my money, I ordered and paid for a R4700 washing machine almost two months ago, they didn't deliver and is now avoiding my e-mails and not refunding me. Companies like this my me hesitant to trust price check again

No delivery, No response

Regards to the order no :#TVandO-1306, which I have purchases from your website on 26 august 2017 , The status is still Unfulfilled til this day. I have tried to contact you via email, live chat, call, even what's app, but no luck at all. I would request for the refund , if the good can not be delivery latest by next week Wednesday.

Great service

I used this company to furnish a property i was involved in developing and provided them my specs and my budget and was contacted by one of the staff who sent me a few options that suited me. Delivery was on time and I am very happy with all the products I recieved. I will definitely use them again.

Great overall experience

Just got my brand new 55" curved QLED TV today thanks to Brendan at TV and Appliances Direct. Truly a gem - so helpful, pleasant, and went out of his way to ensure everything arrived before the end of the week! Ordered on Monday and I pleaded that my product arrive before the end of the week, to which he said he'd try his best to assist! I literally just unpacked and set up my new TV today - Thursday!! So excited. Thanks guys :)

Over the Moon!

Good afternoon, I know that most customers don't post their positive feedback, but I feel that TV and Appliances Direct deserves the recognition! I ordered my Samsung QLED 55" TV and my Samsung 510L fridge early on during the week, and they arrived promptly yesterday. My help agent was more than happy to assist me on Friday evening far past the close of business, and helped me to choose my perfect fridge. Thank you guys! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.... Ordered a washing machine through TV & Appliances Direct 2 weeks 3 days ago and still haven't received my order. they never pick up their land line and their online chat service is of no help. They made no effort what so ever to keep us updated on what the delay is and where my machine is. They still have all my money paid for the machine and I still have no machine. I strongly advice anyone that wants to buy anything through them to steer clear

Second time back and doubly impressed

I ordered a TV a couple of weeks ago and was so impressed by their service I decided to come back. Shocking service

Absolutely shocking service I have been waiting for a refund for an oven I bought and paid for in November 2016. I have been dealing directly with the CEO of the Company who has on at least 4 occasions promised a refund yet to date nothing. And the very oven that they had "no stock" of is still advertised.
