Credit to Technopro! I ordered my watch on Wednesday and it was couriered to my by Friday 22 December at their own cost. When calling them to find out if I have to pay in, I was advised that they wanted me to have the watch before Christmas and I did not have to pay for the courier service. I am very impressed with their customer care and overall service.
Bought a 49mm UV filter for my camera in error.
Contacted TechnoPro and requested returning the 49mm filter and replace it with the 67mm filter i needed, and i was prepared to pay the addition cost and any reasonable handling fees that might need to be imposed.
The filter is unused, in its original packaging, only the seal on the filter case was broken to check the filter, and TechnoPro has now refused to take the 49mm filter back for a credit.
I received the Taidea diamond sharpener kit as a gift In December 2016.
The alignment rods once screwed into the stones do not line up. In only one(800grit) does it screw in fully but is skew. The 360 grit is aligned correctly but only goes in for two threads. The other three stones the rods are severely off centre as can be seen from the photos. As such the kit cannot be used to sharpen correctly.
This was escalated to Technopro on the 27/12/2016 for them to rectify.

Bought an eyepiece from their store in Johannesburg, received it overnight in Cape Town. Fast service, great products, fantastic prices.<br/><br/><strong>Response from TechnoPro</strong><br/>The customer purchased the item and after opening the unit, which required him to break the seals on the sides of the plastic container, requested that we accept the item back. We contacted the customer requesting images of the packaging in order for us to ascertain the condition of the packaging.
The package was opened in such a way that it would have been impossible for us to sell the item as new. (This was confirmed by the supplier as well.)
We do have the right to refuse a refund and in this case, after considering all the facts, we decided that it would not be viable for us to offer any exchange or refund.
