I do a lot of shopping at Takealot. They are fabulous!! If I am unhappy with an item that I purchased, they collect and refund me, no questions asked. 90% of the time they are the cheapest.
My choice always is takealot, good team, provide excellent service, always quick reply even at return items, delivery always in time, damaged or return items collect from home and quick to response.
So i did my first review a month or 2 ago, but had never had to return anything. So finally i needed to return a product. 2 months later , 23 emails , 2 phonecalls , online messaging ..... Very very poor after sales service - the issue as of 20 Dec 2018 is still unresolved . They are very efficiet at taking and delivering your order, but once you have an issue.... good luck!
Im new to online shopping and must say. Im impressed. In in jhb and ordered from takealot twice. Both times delivered in 3 working days. All stock that i ordered. I dont have experience with their customer after sales service yet as ive had no complaints
Do not buy from this trash fire of a shop. They used to be great as far as customer service and deliveries were concerned. Now all you get is canned replies and empty promises. Deliveries never arrive when scheduled and returns are an endless uphill struggle with sometimes downright belligerent representatives. Avoid entirely.
Ordered Samsung S8 plus on pre order long ago,just to get Wrong phone delivered to me (s8). Now have to wait till this mess is sorted out. Takealot is most expensive so what is the reason then for pre order????
Takealot has always been my first choice when I want to purchase something. They offer a good range of products at affordable prices. The customer service is fast and helpful. The delivery is reliable and their many payment options make things so convenient. The Daily Deals promotion is really worth checking everyday. I have been a loyal Takealot user for many years and I will continue to be for many more.
