Did you know? Pinch pots or bowls are traditionally made from clay or ceramics, and are so-called, because they are made by pinching the edges of a disk until they stand up around the edges, forming a small, shallow bowl. These bowls are modelled on the same format, but are carved from wood.

Care instructions - Natural, unoiled wood rarely enjoys being soaked
- Between uses, wash quickly and dry immediately to prevent wood absorbing water and cracking
- If you want to use to hold wet food, such as oils and dips, be aware that some staining can occur
- To prevent staining and absorption of liquid, treat with a food-grade mineral oil regularly - this will change the colour slightly, but will also prevent staining
