Crane Electronics Blu phono amplifier was developed as a high end domestic product following best practice industrial construction and components. Design criteria called for discreet transistors instead of operational amplifier chips, a low pass (scratch) and high pass (rumble) filter with remote analogue regulated power supply.
Equalization = standard RIAA for phono reproduction
Input impedance = 47k Ohm
Gain = 55 at 1kHz
Distortion < 0,25% RMS
Total RMS noise < -70dB
Signal to noise ratio > 70dB
High pass filter = -3dB @ 15Hz
