Lollipop hair dye is one of the best powder dyes out there!mix one spoon of colour with 3 spoons conditioner. Apply on pre-bleached or light dry hair. Hair that is two shades lighter than the colour you would like to apply. The lighter your hair are, the better the colour will take and the brighter your colour will be. Only wash 3 days after hair has been coloured as you want the colour to really set so just rinse out with cold water to open the follicles until the water is clear and no more colour is coming out. Dry the hair as you normally would
