Description
Once troubleshooting has been performed by Samsung's service support team and a technician visit deemed necessary, a service request will be booked with one of the approved network of service technician. The technician will attend and diagnose the fault with the product. Technicians carry a wide range of spare parts with them which enables Samsung to complete 95% of repairs on the first visit. If however, the repair is not completed within the first visit, the product will be repaired within 3 working days unless otherwise specified by the technician.
