   THE IFP WAS LEFT OFF THE 1994 BALLOD PAPERSORIGINAL PRINT  THEY WERE NOT GOING TO VOTE AND THEY CHANGED THEIR IDEAS AT THE LAST MINUTEAND A EMERGENCY STICKER WAS PRINTED ON A SELF ADHESIVE PAPER TO BE APPLIED AFTERWARDS TO JOIN THE VOTEING PROCESSSome hints to help you:
1. The last party on the Ballot should be the IFP - This should be added with a sticker.
2. The background of the Ballod consists of hundreds of images of a tiny logo IEC which standsfor Independent Electoral Commission.
